YellowRoc began as an independent sole proprietor and general construction contractor in

1945, founded by bricklayer and general builder, the late, Jack Matthews. Jack and his team

were initially engaged in the rebuild of London, England after the destruction caused during

the Second World War.

The company has continued as a partnership by successive members of the Matthews

family; evolving over the past 77 years, through various transitions and brands, into the

award winning YellowRoc that you see today. The group is now helmed by one of his sons,

civil engineer, electrical engineer, and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Rik Matthews.

The YellowRoc group is still family owned and run. Under Rik's guidance and leadership, we

are more ambitious than ever, but our very humble beginnings will never be lost or

forgotten.

YellowRoc’s head office is situated in the iconic Tower 42 Skyscraper in London, England.

YellowRoc has further offices, warehouse, and fabricating spaces in the Harrogate, North

Yorkshire, England, and just outside Paris, France, alongside further satellite offices in Las

Vegas, Orlando, New York, and Paris. These allow YellowRoc to deliver the highest quality

products and services worldwide.

The YellowRoc board of directors have over 80 years of combined multi-discipline

construction, design, engineering, and logistics experience between them.

The YellowRoc Themed Construction Group is a part of the YellowRoc group which

specialises in visually stunning, turnkey commercial, retail, and themed exterior builds,

interior fitouts, and immersive environments.
