 THE ROLE

 At YellowRoc exciting opportunities have arisen for bricklayers who finish to an excellent standard to join our team. We are looking for ambitious, hardworking, honest, and trustworthy individuals to join our growing team based in Harrogate, North Yorkshire but potentially working worldwide.

 ABOUT YOU

  Ability to work independently and with little supervision.

  Experience in projects, ensuring you have control of material and time management used.

  Hardworking, honesty, integrity, reliability, and pride in your work a must; you will represent the company in your daily work. RESPONSIBILITIES 

  Reporting to site/ project management  

  Read blueprints, drawings, and sketches to fully grasp requirements. 

  Take measurements and calculate the size and amount of material needed. 

  Set out to a high standard ensuring perfect levels and finishes. REQUIREMENTS 

  Proven experience as bricklayer. 

  Hands-on experience in working masonry materials. 

  Excellent understanding of brick/ block techniques and methods of installation and construction. 

  Good hand dexterity and an eye for detail. The ideal candidate will also have excellent knowledge of brick and other masonry materials. 

  Proficient in using electrical and manual equipment and measurement tools (powered saws, hammers, rulers etc.). 

  Ability to read technical documents and drawings. 

  Willingness to always follow safety guidelines. 

  Good knowledge of English. 

  Good understanding of basic math. 

  Good physical condition and endurance. 

  A highly motivated and confident individual with a strong desire to succeed.
